I've been trying to fix the keybindings for the different DOS ports,
which in LYEditmap means using keys with values >0x110. I haven't
figured out where the limitation is. Can you give me a pointer? Even
after expanding the edit binding tables, I can't seem to get it to
work right for high-valued keys.
