lynx-dev Borland compiles

I've built and uploaded 2 Lynx executables. One is the 2.8.3 release and
the other is 2.8.4dev6. I could not find the problem with pop-up video
attributes for the release, so I'm giving up. It is working correctly in
2.8.4.

These are not extensively tested, so please give me feedback before I
send them to SimTel. Thanks!
