Arg. I spent a lot of time adding cross-references to the 1.0 manual,
but didn't make 'rev' a cross-reference.

in http://www.monotone.ca/docs/Review.html#Review 'mtn approve rev ...'
you aught to be able to click on 'rev', or at least there should be a
"see rev" that is clickable, and takes you to the 'selections' section.

I'll add it my list of things to do (also new issue 177).

It's always good to get feedback from new users about this sort of
thing; when I was editing the manual, I knew that any rev could be a
selector, so I didn't think to make it a cross-reference.
