I was trying to realize all the URI redesign at the Apache rewrite 
layer, as agreed, without using PHP.

I do not want write PHP code just to change the URLs. I think it is better 
idea do it at the new Klaus' architecture, and carry out others more 
important tasks in the new one, as for example:

  https://savannah.nongnu.org/task/?6540

As usual, I can be mistaken,
