I think the problem started when I translated it to Spanish wrongly:
First name: "Nombre"
Middle name: "Segundo apellido"
Last name: "Primer apellido"
Taking a look at the below references, I think that the Spanish translation
should have been:
First name: "Nombre"
Middle name: "Segundo nombre"
Last name: "Apellidos"
