Re: CSS wanted

I will realize all the typing and testing needed to finish the transition to
HTML 4.01 Strict.

I just need know how to do it.  As a demo, I need Victor or somebody modify 
the attached CSS, and if it is needed the HTML too, so as to get a similar or 
better look and feel than the current one at gnuherds.org

Anyway I am going to study CSS, to be able to do it myself if it is needed. I 
suppose we must use CSS 2.1? Isn't it?  Ref.: http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/


After I know how to do it I will carry out all the modifications at the Smarty 
templates.

P.S.: gnuherds.org has been out of line almost 24 hours due to power cut.
