Yes, it is possible changing just one line of code to set the language cookie 
according to the domain being used.  Aside from that the webapp can already 
be installed on any domain name.


Right now that cookie domain name is hardcoded:

  setcookie("Lang", ... "gnuherds.org", ...);

We will fix that issue tomorrow to be ready to work with jobs.gnu.org


We will report you and sysadmin so the new jobs.gnu.org domain can be created.
