Richard,
Thanks for doing the functional specs for the GUI.

If you would like to use it, I have set up a mini-wiki. Have a look at

http://www.gnumed.org/development/gui/wiki.html?NewsID=2942

You can just paste the text into the page, select the graphic, and the 
HTML will be generated.
The indexes / links / comment functions are added automatically.
I have added the demographic page.
On the page already loaded, I used two 'easy tags'
{headline:This is a headline}
and
{block:
This paragraph is indented
}
