Or rather where individual developers know the actual *user*
for that functionality will look for it. Sebastian put the lab
journal as a main notebook tab at my advice because a) it only
minimally deals with active-patient related things (eg. when
adding a sample ID) and b) our deployed solution will only
load 3 tabs for the standard clinical workstation: Documents,
Path Lab, Lab Journal. In due time that functionality can be
moved into Richard space. Oh, and the Documents plugin is
deployed already.
