I'm not clear on the distinction between RFE and Subjective and AOE and assessment (at least, I'm not sure there's enough difference to warranttyping the same stuff twice)
So far, I am thinking as follows: RFE serves- as something like "chief complaint" (for patient-initiated visits/encounters) - as an indicator of the purpose or aim of the visit (for doctor-initiated visits/encounters)
The Soap note contains more-extensive *details* that one would not bother to capture in the RFE as this is the purpose of the Soap narrative row.
AOE serves - as a working diagnosis until it is appropriate to assign a code- even after the code is assigned, it can hold some nuance or detail not provided for in the coding table
