Yes.

id_org is NULL for patients.

Comms is eparate, however this generates problems with people who have multiple 
workplaces and
so multiple work phone numbers as Jim has pointed out

The solution from Richard's database would be to extend this to a quaternary 
relationship
(person<->org<->address<->comms) where comms is a single table with columns
for each modality like "landline" "fax" "mobile" "email" "web"
