Strictly speaking, landline phone  and fax numbers should go in the 
person<->address<->org linktable.
so we can have a phone for each workplace.
This means we can have 4 fixed boxes in the the GUI: voice, fax, mobile and 
e-mail. (The latter two would stay in person_comms)
Clicking on dfferent address lines in the search box (see richard's 
screenshots) allow access to the different numbers.
