a) no one is bound by the backend not being available
   - propose the needed changes yourself
   - or proceed without the additional structure with plain text only
   - or talk to me about your needs
   - I haven't heard a use case as of yet

b) none of this is a 0.1 issue

c) one reason for not getting 0.1 out the door is the joy of
   discussing or even implementing 0.2
