Three cheers! I would suggest not just a feature freeze, but a
refactoring freeze as well. It seems to me as an observer that GNUmed
has undergone almost constant refactoring of nearly every aspect. That's
fine, but refactoring should be done after a prototype is released, in
response to wider user feedback, not before.
I can give this advice because we (well, I, as manager) made the same
mistake with our projects - too much time spent making the underlying
code as neat and elegant as spossible, not enough time getting potential
users to test the app and give feedback.
