Under this new 0.4 widget, if a user would click the "new" button to  
raise a new notelet-book tab editor,

- if a problem would already be selected, would the editor be auto- 
associated i.e. would it act as if the problem had been double-clicked?

- if the fact that a problem might already be selected would be  
ignored, or if no problem had been selected, and the editor would  
instead default to relate to a (new) unattributed episode, would I be  
correct to expect no appearance of this (as yet unsaved and unnamed)  
episode until after (at least) this particular note is saved? At  
which point it would appear among the active problems, provided the  
unattributed episode was not closed?

Also, what is the difference between
