It does. That's why alphabetic isn't doable they way it is
now - namely, hardcoded.

I have sort of done that. From *my* particular clinical
setting commonly (and early) used indications are uppish and
leftish while going down and right it becomes more obscure.
"Similar" or "related" indications are attempted to be
somewhat adjacent. It's bound to be wrong for other locales
of course, say, India.

I'm looking for some hints re the more obscure ones.
