 greaaat :)  then there's no hope of pre-creating a clin.lab_request
and being able to find it again.  _at all_.  is there? :)

 about the only thing you can do therefore, if you do want to match
things up, is to have that separate table (indicating gnumed-initiated
queries), and then have the praxis admin do manual matching of queries
to data-imports in clin.lab_request once they're in.  pain in the
neck, but better than a kick in the teeth.
