It depends...

- if the lab makes it possible to know that these are the original tests, which 
have in one case been updated and in the second case not, then it could be 
possible for GNUmed to let you see and sign the first one and then, when the 
second one comes through "normal" to see that one

- if there is no easy way to tell the difference, these might end up as 4 
results

- these even assumes an importer for such results, of which there is none (but 
the HL7 importer that is being coded up may be able to do it, if the lab would 
send a compatible HL7 format)
