Well, the *intent* of GNUmed is to be smart about it and
merge the second reporting into the first. Or overwrite and invalidate.
Exactly which (merge or overwrite/invalidate) is possible and/or
necessary depends on the exact data format and/or data content the
lab is delivering to you.
We are currently (h/b)ashing this out for "hl7" (whatever that is).
What are labs using in Brazil ?
I have no idea ... will have to look around, but it is not a one-fits-all sort of thing, I can almost vouch that each lab does things differently
