Genetics and proximity are both interesting.

Neither is going to be perfect, apparent genetic relationships are a
reasonable basis for automated inference, as are marital statuses, but
for every husband and wife who don't in fact live together or breath
on each other nowadays, there'll be someone whose actual
(great/grand/)father had a bicycle.

A degree of looseness, and some hinting is desirable.
