I can do better, I can post the hole file and translated the correspondent fields to as close as the needs of Karsten I could. You will see that there are a lot of different ways we can "read" the fields ... if we can get something close to form / strength, I could read the rest manually.

If you create a CSV file which has the following columns:

substance
brand
form
company
strength_1
strength_2
strength_3
empty_column
unit

Ok this will give me some trouble, the form and strength fields are the same (as in : 500mg/5mL solution with cherry flavor). Can this be easily modified to suit my file ? Will give more info in the next days, but can I truncate say the first 10 characters for strength or is it a numbers only field?

Can you paste 3 or 5 lines so that we can easily define a "read" process.
