I agree with that, although perhaps -mm is a step in that direction
already. Has anyone else noticed that HTML tag names bear a strange
resemblance to -mm macros?
As for starting from scratch, I've been thinking about it for a while,
but haven't started writing macros. Yet.

I would have disagreed with that at first, but after the third reading
it's starting to make sense. It seems to be popular on the BSD side.
