that was an interesting reference, and this might be a good way to begin
with the text - though i remain unsure about it as well. we'll see :)

it seems that both microcosm and hyper-g are based on a model where (link)
servers are notified about changes, to solve the dangling link problem.

i'll have to spend the most of the day in a seminar (present a project
there), hopefully can work some in late afternoon, and focus on writing
the rest of the week then.
