[Gzz] ARGH - texture trouble

Hmm, now the memoryconsumer - texturing thing just about works, *BUT*
apparently there are bugs in the drivers (I know, the last time
I said this, it was actually my fault, but the symptoms are strange).

Please tell me if/when you could try to confirm the problems.

The problem is that some textures start "flapping", i.e. get rendered
differently every frame, and the LOD control doesn't seem to have
any effect on them.

My thought that it is a driver problem also is because the behaviour is
VERY different if I change the base level before or after uploading
the teximage command that attempts to release the memory reserved
for the mipmap level.
