Or, if I understand well, we can setup h5md/h5md-wiki (repo) and create a
"team" to which anyone asking gets r/w access.

If someone wants to try "public" access to a wiki, they are welcome to edit a
page on https://github.com/pdebuyl/md_tools/wiki
I just enabled this wiki to test how it worked.
