Run cfservd in debug mode and find the real reason.

This error message is misleading, I reported this as a bug, and Mark
responded that was done on purpose for security reasons.

In my case the problem was that the file that was requested didn't
exist, but I got that same error message.

They are required only if you try to do secure copies.
