​So strange...  I've just built with the parameters that you said and the
executable is only 27 MB.  GDB also says:

Reading symbols from ...\bin\emacs.exe...(no debugging symbols
found)...done.​

Furthermore,

(gdb) source ../../../src/emacs/src/.gdbinit
../../../src/emacs/src/.gdbinit:19: Error in sourced command file:
No symbol table is loaded.  Use the "file" command.
