Exactly. But remember that even with this patch, restarting searches will
take some time.

First, the number of good sources must drop below good_sources_threshold (I
wonder if the default 75% is not a bit low, btw)
Second, you have to wait up to five minutes for the remove_old_clients to
run, and the file_enough_sources flag to be updated.
(the patch helps at that point. Once file_enough_sources is updated,
searches should be more quickly sent to servers again) 
Third... you have to wait for some more sources to be found :)
