To be more precise: After shutting down, the bytes are correctly written
to the files.ini, but after a start, they are treated in an incorrect
manner, causing the unfinished chunks to be lost.

You can see this, if you copy the files.ini to a safe place and do a
"diff -u" right after mldonkey starts.
