This change seems to be responsible for banning 60% of all clients :(
So, will I ever finish my rare files if this amount of Clients getting
banned?

Or does mld distinguish between rare and popular file?

BTW: I noticed the following in source code.

  | M.JoinQueueReq _ ->
      if !!ban_queue_jumpers && c.client_banned then
        direct_client_send sock (M.EmuleQueueRankingReq
          (900 + Random.int 100))

If it is what I think, it's IMHO a bad joke: Is it necessary to toy
around with eMules, sending faked queue places to banned clients?
