[Mldonkey-users] Questions of bug #7763

I believe that I'm another person who has bug #7763. I want to know some info 
about this bug

1) This bug is closed [by spiralvoice]. Why?. What are its solution?
2) Why max_opened_connections not works: all people commented this bug appear 
that have low (lower than any param who brokes inet connection) 
max_opened_connections, but the same result is obtained. Personally, even I 
tried max_opened_connections=2 and (bandwidth to ridicule values) and all 
behavies the same.

Overall, I interested in (1).
