Follow-up Comment #4, bug #57490 (project octave):

For reference, I wrote a small Perl program that counts the number of
unfinished translations in the .ts files.  I ran it today (12/28/2019) and I
get


be_BY.ts: 489
ca_ES.ts: 232
de_DE.ts: 48
en_US.ts: 827
es_ES.ts: 61
eu_ES.ts: 410
fr_FR.ts: 60
it_IT.ts: 60
ja_JP.ts: 127
lt_LT.ts: 127
nl_NL.ts: 47
pt_BR.ts: 61
pt_PT.ts: 316
ru_RU.ts: 341
uk_UA.ts: 908
zh_CN.ts: 115


The script is attached as cnt_untransletd.pl.  To run it, just change
directories to libgui/languages and execute the script.
