Follow-up Comment #7, patch #8919 (project octave):
I applied the two patches on top of hg id 6e031c8ed59c, ran bootstrap,
configure and make. Compilation and linking was successful.
But `make check` stops with this error:
audio/@audioplayer/audioplayer.m
