I, like Beartooth, am not sure I understand your question.  However, I'm
interpreting your question a bit differently than he did, so maybe one of
us will get it right.  <g>

He assumed you wanted to create a new server and switch between them.  I'm
assuming you just don't know how to get an update off your present server,
without quiting PAN and restarting.  If that's the case...

Switch to a different newsgroup on your current server.  If PAN is
configured to do so, it will automatically download overviews (aka
headers, altho that's not quite accurate) for the new group.

If PAN isn't configured to refresh the group on entry, or you want to
update the overviews in a group you are already in, Newsgroups menu, Get
new headers, is probably what you are after.

The other possibility I see is that you may want to know how to update the
list of available groups.  That's under the servers menu, Get list of All
groups, or if you just want to update your current list, get list of new
groups.
