just gtk_box_pack_end() and gtk_widget_show() afaik. Perhaps it would be

Anyway is it possible to comment the calling code in the modules until
it's done ? I really don't like it.

Why having commented out 
/*      gtk_window_set_position(GTK_WINDOW(pwd->progress_window),

in progress_window.c ?
