No, it's rather not a good idea - the devel list will be flooded with
bug reports coming from all possible versions of gcmd. Please have a
look at Bugzilla to get taste of it
(http://bugzilla.gnome.org/browse.cgi?product=gnome-commander). Moreover
users reporting the problems won't aware that gcmd devel list will have
some conversation on their bugs. 

All notes/comments on Bugzilla bugs will be very welcome here, but I'd
like not to clutter this list.

Technically speaking it's easy - it's possible to subscribe any email
address to be notified by Bugzilla.

There is a point here... Generally I use -users LIST for announcements
only. What about only one list?
