LYNX-DEV Improved AWK-ward table handling available

I have fixed a number of things in my awk script that parses tables.
It is at http://www.mich.com/~thomas/ftp as t2tgrnest.awk.gz (use D to
download it).  Several #CONFIGURE comments indicate options.
