New symbol was introduced recently:

  --disable-config-info                 (define NO_CONFIG_INFO)
        Use this option to disable the browsable configuration information
        (screens that show the result of the configuration script, as well
        as a pointer to the lynx.cfg file).

In particular, it disable lynx.cfg paths from lynx_cfg_infopage()
but forgot to do so in read_cfg(), "include" section.
