As you point it out, SH_EX (Senshu Hiroyuki EXtention) surrounds
the item which I added it to.

There is a part which contains both of the general purpose
improvement with the improvement with the CJK environment in this.

I want to start work while it is near to separate in CJK_EX and SH_EX.
