Hmmm, "Morning", "Afternoon", "Evening", "Night"...  I hope we all
mean the same thing (considering that computer nerds are known for
having a weird sense of time ;-))...  I went with this (some might
call it "normal" ;-)):

Morning: 08-12 UTC
Afternoon: 13-17 UTC
Evening: 18-22 UTC
Night: 22-02 UTC

Since Sweden is 2 hours before UTC, that fits my sense of the day
pretty darn well ;-)

I'm guessing most of us have a similar idea, but just in case someone
has a very different schedule, or happens to be in Australia, it might
be good for us all to know what we can assume, eh?
