        YES, it tried to use winelib for Lindows (which is
closed) . Since Wine was X licensed , they could do that 
and get away with it.

        But since now Wine is GPL'd, patches from Wine cannot
be applied on to Lindows -- making sure Lindows doesn't
sell off Wine developers altruistic efforts.
