These, I think, we can leave outside the GNUmed backend, inside the raw source 
files which, still likely deserve to be backed up with other server data.

Some reference to each source file, and each message ID within, can I think be 
referenced or keyed _a posteriori_ from data in the fkeyed clin.lab_request row.
