It works on my NetBSD box with:
CLOSE_DELAY = 0.4 Works, takes 688.69 real
CLOSE_DELAY = 0.3 Fails tcp-torture.log, takes 677.53 real
That's on NetBSD 6.1.2, running on a:
Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.80GHz, id 0xf49
