On that last sentence that is so. It is not always the failure of
readers. For instructional manuals of any kind, within or without
Emacs or computing, I think that reader shall be qualified or
qualification level shall be stated before reading it.

Books for young toddlers may be written on thick paper as that is
appropriate. Teenagers read pretty complex biology or have science
books, but definitely not as complex as the same subject of science at
some university.

Emacs is not beginner editor. It is not simple or plain editor. It is
advanced editor and it is meant for advanced human editors. So the
manual is also meant for advanced human editors.

The Emacs Editor
****************

Emacs is the advanced, extensible, customizable, self-documenting
editor.

There is just one problem with that. How can user become advance human
editor if one does not use Emacs already? Or does not get access to
quality Emacs manual?

That is how we get advanced users and those who are yet to become.
