I have not find that script in the repository of `mutt'. Is it maybe
part of some older version of mutt? Or maybe it is OS distribution
based script?

We could all benefit in many packages to have that type of smart
helper or installer, explaining it to us, and helping with the initial
configuration.
And more of the splash screen type full screen menus for user access
to functions, even by using the mouse.
