If I summarize all was said about emule against mldonkey : we have a problem 
of leeching. I do not think that mld wants to favor one or the other client 
in particular, but mld, in general, download from other clients to give to 
emule.
I agree to the idea of a distribution of upload slots proportionaly to the 
downloads, in theory, this is perfect to avoid leeching. But in practice I'm 
afraid this will reduce the bandwith of the upload (so the download bandwith 
for the peers)... I prefer to leech than to see my upload speed reduced (want 
to favorise the download of the others, hoping that the others will do the 
same). That's my opinion.

Well, this message is the first I've seen in this list about a "cooperation" 
between mld and emule... I don't know if I have to be hapy for this first 
step or disappointed by the way engaged....
