Please don't put unstable (AKA thoroughly-untested) stuff into Debian.
2.5.16 is very stable, and has great performance.  Let b8_bavard, and
the others continue at their own pace.  Rush jobs cause big problems
unnecessarily.  Personally I'd like to find the clown at Gentoo that
keeps putting 2.5.2x versions into the tree prematurely.  Don't be the
'that guy' of Debian.
