Hi Duncan,
Your explanation regarding the special nature of Tab made sense,
so, I killed pan, and edited the file to the following:
(gtk_accel_path "<Actions>/post/post-article" "<Control><Alt><Shift>z")
When I look at the "File->Send Article" command, this shows up as:
Shift+Ctrl+Alt+Z
And, I am now pressing that four-key sequence (if you see no comment
below this line, then your kind suggestion worked).
