I tried clisp 2.42 and 2.43, it's with new-clx.  I tried again and now I
can see that its high CPU usage is only temporary.  It repeatedly starts
doing something each few minutes and after several dozens of seconds it
returns back to a quiet state.  It's strange anyway.
