No, BLT is compiled against tcl/tk 8.5 on ubuntu, so presumably BLT  
works just fine.  It is more likely to point at Swarm not working with  
tcl/tk 8.5.  But your confusion could be correct, BLT may also be  
messed up, we don't know exactly at this point.
